Getting started

How do I find out if fiber is available at my address?
Use the availability checker and enter your business address. If you are in our footprint, we will call you to confirm and schedule install. If you are just outside it, we will add you to the list and reach out as we expand.
How long does installation take?
For an address already served by our network, most installs are scheduled within a couple of weeks. If new construction to the building is required, we will give you a realistic timeline up front before you commit to anything.
Do you install for businesses only?
Yes. Norvet Fiber is built for business: symmetric speeds, a static IP, a business-grade SLA, and 24/7 support. We do not sell residential TV or home-phone bundles.

Speeds and service

What does "symmetric" speed mean?
Your upload speed matches your download speed. Cloud backups, video calls, large file transfers, and camera uploads all stay fast. Read the plain-language guide.
Is a static IP really included?
Yes, on every plan, at no extra charge. Remote access, VPNs, and hosted services all work better with a fixed address.
Are there data caps?
No. Use as much as you need, with no overage fees.
How fast can you go?
Published plans run from 50 Mbps to 1 Gbps symmetric. Our Enterprise tier scales to 10 Gbps for businesses that need it, quoted to your requirements.

Service area

Where do you offer service?
We serve Clayton County, Georgia, including Jonesboro, Morrow, Forest Park, Riverdale, Ellenwood, Lake City, Lovejoy, and Rex, plus surrounding areas. We are actively expanding, so check your address even if you do not see your city listed.
My address is not covered yet. What happens?
When you check an address outside the current footprint, we add you to our list and notify you the moment fiber reaches you. Your interest also helps us prioritize where we build next.

Billing and support

Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Plans are month-to-month, cancel with 30 days notice. If a 36-month term fits your budget better, it saves about 20% on the monthly rate, with the same features either way.
What support do I get?
